About this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of PaidSoon, operated by Syspac Pty Ltd. By using PaidSoon, you agree to comply with this policy.
Permitted use
- Sending invoice reminder emails to clients who genuinely owe you money.
- Connecting legitimate business accounting or payment accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
Prohibited use
- Sending unsolicited or spam emails via the PaidSoon platform.
- Using PaidSoon to harass, intimidate, or threaten individuals.
- Connecting accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or authentication.
Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been breached, we may take action to protect PaidSoon, our users, invoice recipients and third-party providers.
Actions may include:
- warning the account owner
- pausing or limiting reminder sending
- requiring templates, schedules or account settings to be changed
- suspending access to some or all features
- disconnecting an integration
- terminating an account
- reporting unlawful activity where required or appropriate
Where practical, we will try to contact the account owner before taking action. However, we may act immediately where there is a security risk, legal risk, suspected spam, unauthorised access, harassment, fraud or misuse of the platform.
Email reminder rules
PaidSoon must only be used to send invoice reminders connected to genuine business transactions. Users must not use PaidSoon to send marketing campaigns, unsolicited promotional messages or reminders for debts they are not authorised to manage.
