Update your account profile settings
Change your display name, review account details, and find key settings areas.
Your account settings let you keep profile and account details current without affecting invoice data.
Before you start
- Sign in to PaidSoon.
- Open Settings → Account (
/dashboard/settings/account).
Steps
- In the Profile section, enter your preferred Display name.
- Click Save.
- Review account details shown on the page:
- current plan
- subscription status
- member-since date
- Use the settings navigation to move to related pages such as Connections, Subscription, and Import / Export.
What you'll see
- A success message when the display name is saved.
- Your account email shown as read-only.
- Plan and status values that match your current subscription record.
What happens next
- The display name token in reminder templates (
{{yourName}}) uses your saved value. - Other settings sections stay unchanged until you edit them directly.
Common problems
- Save button is disabled: Enter a non-empty display name first.
- Save failed: Retry and check your network connection.
- Email cannot be edited here: This page is for profile display name and account summary only.
